THE UNCONFERENCE IS BACK ?

JOIN THE WAITLIST NOW ?

On October 19th in Kunsthaus we delivered...

✓ 16 Participant driven breakout sessions

✓ Immersive formats

✓ Guided Networking

✓ Cross-industry exchange

✓ No Sales

✓ Shaker Community Membership

✓ Diverse & Inclusive environment

✓ You leave with an action plan

Bring your voice to four future dialogs at Shake Up The Workplace where team leaders, HR leaders, the C-suite, human-centric individuals, NGOs, government leaders, startups, students, and academia meet, sit at the same table, learn from each other and leave with an action plan.

Be part of the ecosystem that lives and continues co-creation and exchange via our facilitated Shaker Community after the event.

An unconference to connect, learn, and most importantly take action. This is not a sales event. And this is not an HR only event! The impact of taking the right actions for a positive and fair Future of Work is impacting all individuals and all departments at the workplace.

It's an English-speaking Future of Work event that Zurich has not seen yet. Don't miss the chance to participate in this unique event at the Kunsthaus Zurich, where breakout sessions take place in the art galleries!

For more information please also see the FAQ.

Future Dialogs

Our Future Dialogs are the four areas of the Future of Work we want to focus on during the unconference to give this broad topic some structure.

01. CULTURE
Culture

Forget 'Culture eats Strategy for breakfast' - it devours your Growth!

Culture is the most impactful factor for business growth. But where exactly do you start reshaping your company culture?

02. LEARNING
Learning

We cannot hire and fire our way through industry 4.0!

How do we up-skill for future growth when only 13% of Swiss employees think their job will be automated, and 30% did not participate in any learning in 2018?
(Source: Deloitte, Voice of the Workforce Switzerland 2018)

03. WELLBEING
Wellbeing1

27% of Swiss employees reported critical stress level at work in 2018

Stress at work is a growing tendency. The question is how we deal with the stress that is constant in our lives. How can employers create a culture that allows recovery periods?
(Source: Swiss Job-Stress-Index 2018)

04. WORKFORCE
Workforce

Your workforce is not ready for the future!

Most employees today are neither fully engaged nor have companies fully enabled them for the next horizon business models. 7 out of the 10 most critical success factors for digital transformation are people related, a recent McKinsey study shows. From engagement to incentives, everything needs an overhaul. Now, how do you prioritize your next steps?

Structure of the day

Yes, an unconference sounds great! But how do you deliver an unconference for 200 attendees? To ensure high-quality content and maximum participation, we are designing the breakout sessions with you in advance. Instead of doing that early in the morning of the event day as an unconference would do.

Help us define the agenda to tackle your most pressing questions. Submit your ideas while you are registering! The agenda will take its last form about 2 weeks before the event date.

You can download the program here.
