WHY A FUTURE OF WORK 'UNCONFERENCE'?

We see the disconnect.
We need to shift the paradigm of ‘Tech vs. People’ to ‘People and Tech’ at the workplace.
To tackle this transformative journey and its challenges, our mission is to create a ‘Swiss Future of Work’ ecosystem facilitating collaboration, experimentation and
co-creation.
In order to deliver on that promise, we chose to organize an event with selected elements and formats of an UNCONFERENCE.
Unlike traditional conferences, an unconference is a participant-oriented gathering where the attendees decide on the agenda elements, discussion topics, and workshops.
Our aim is to deliver a structure for a large group and at the same time give space for contribution, co-creation, and active participation during the day.
